Monthly meetings are regularly scheduled at 3 PM on the second Thursday of the month at Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn.

The Board meetings are held in the Jarvis Room at the original CDM site shared with the Chamber of Commerce, at 100 William Hilton Pkwy.
